It was stressed during the Meeting that the Bill (Reg.№3504) envisages the increase of the duty rate for certain vehicle and bodies for them "that are mostly used for human transportation".
It was also mentioned that the adoption of the law is aimed at the financing of the railway roads building as a part of preparation for the Final Part of the Euro Football Championship in Ukraine in year 2012 and approaching of the excise duty rates to those of the neighbouring countries.
The Members of the Committee declared that in European Union the given issue is under the authority of the legitimate control of the Agreement on Foundation of European Community and Directive of the Council 92/12 ЄЕС from 25th of February 1992.
